• Matter Certified Compatibility: THIRDREALITY’s Smart Water Leak Sensor KM1 has been certified by the Matter protocol. Utilize Wi-Fi Matter to seamlessly connect with your local Matter Controller, such as Home Assistant(ZHA&Z2M), Homey, Apple Home, or Echo devices. This ensures seamless connection and simplifies the setup process, eliminating compatibility issues. Note: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Matter Controller Required
• Plug-and-Play, Quick Deployment: The controller unit comes standard with a Type-C power cable (5V) and is pre-bound to 3 sensors at the factory (supports up to ten water leak sensors). Once the controller is paired, the three pre-installed sensors will become operational immediately. Users can also set up automated notifications via the mobile app to receive real-time alerts, ensuring dual protection both locally and remotely
• Loud Alarm with Mute: When a sensor detects water leakage, the controller triggers a powerful 100dB local alarm—loud enough to be clearly heard even in distant or enclosed spaces like basements. If needed, you can easily silence the alarm by sliding the controller switch to the right, instantly muting the sound without interrupting detection
• Industry-Leading IP65 Waterproofing: Operate with confidence in kitchens, bathrooms, or basements. The water leak sensor thrives in environments with spills, high humidity, and can even withstand temporary submersion. After exposure to water, a simple wipe-down is all that’s needed. If sensors get wet, just wipe it dry—a thoughtful design that’s built to last
• Great Range & Long Battery Life: The controller features a powerful signal with a range of up to 328 ft (100 m) in open areas. Each water leak sensor is powered by two AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries, which can last up to 3 years under typical usage, eliminating the need for frequent replacements. The battery compartment is also designed for easy access (Batteries not included)
• 3R-Installer APP and OTA Updates: Users can conduct OTA (Over The Air) updates for the product via the 3R-Installer APP, continuously optimizing and enhancing product functionalities, and bringing a richer and smoother user experience
